NOTE: This event is at The United Reformed Church, Abbey Lane Saffron Walden Essex CBW 1AG.

Emily May is an award winning artist working from her studio in the middle of the Radwinter countryside. Her favourite clients include fashion designer Coco Fennell, and The London Postal Museum. The day will begin with a talk by Emily on her process when designing a repeat pattern collection, followed by a workshop where you will be guided to create two patterns of your own design for a double sided wrapping paper.

An object that inspires you, this can be anything from a textile with colours that you’re drawn to, a photo you’re proud of, or something from around the house that you just love.

Please bring:

An apron
A paint brush
A pair of scissors
A glue stick

Workshop price: £80

This includes 25 A2 sized sheets of your wrapping paper delivered to your address a few days after the event.

This will be printed on 100% recycled paper, with water soluble inks, in the UK.

Tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Please bring your own lunch.
